Question:My baby is 6 month old..can u give me diet chart for his growth?
Answer: Hi Dr! You can introduce Apple, banana carrot, potato, sweet potato, rice like, barley etc. You can make any of the purees or porridge runny by adding breast milk or formula milk. Thicker purees will help add calories. Follow a routine to feed baby, like tying on the bib, putting him in his chair, etc.Continue to breastfeed on demand. The best choice for a baby’s first food is fruit. Start with 1 tablespoon of apple puree once a day. Increase to 2 tablespoons of Apple Puree twice a day. Like wise one day banana puree and barley porridge. After 2 weeks in morning Apple or carrot puree and in evening barley or rice porridge along with breast milk or formula milk. Hope it helps.
Question:can u give me the correct wait chart of babys plzz
Answer: Hi, In the initial 3 months, infants put on about 1 kg each month from their birth weight. From 3-6 months, weight gain reduces to 1/2 kg/month; from 6-9 months, it becomes 1/3, and for 9-12 months, it settles to 1/4 kg. In full term infants, the birth weight doubles in the 4th month and triples when they reach 12 months of age. . This might help u hopefully.
