Question: Can u give a healthy diet chart for my 8 years old boy,he is only 18 kg weight and very tired? Am very sad .plz help?

Answer: Hi! If your 8 yrs old baby looks tired and weighs only 18 kg. according to me u need to take child to the Dr. becz it cud be due to some deficiency see dear being sad wont help pls take baby to the Dr who might prescribe some blood test.. Hope this helps!
