Answer: Hi, travelling by car is not a problem provided you take some care and precautions. 1) You must take a halt every 90 minutes. Ensure you get down walk a little or even stretch your body. 2(Sitting for long may lead to swelling of legs or cramps and hence you should take the above step. 3) Ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes which do not give you any problem. 4)Also ensure that you eat light and healthy food. Do not eat heavy or oily stuff as it may lead to vomiting. 4)Sitting long can also lead to backache so you can keep a soft cushion behind your neck for support. 5)Drink plenty of water. 6) Also be sure that roads are fine and there is not much of jerks. Have a happy and safe journey.

Question: Can i travel for 20 km by car
Answer: Hi congratulation for pregnancy. Travelling is adviced only if ur not having any kind of complications during pregnancy. 2nd trimester is considered to be the most safest for travelling. Make sure to carry all ur needful things and most importantly ur medications with you coz in hilly area u may feel nausea but it's always better to discuss this with ur gynaecologist before going.also during pregnancy train is the most comfortable mode as it's easy to get washroom and facing nausea or sickness is less. Make sure some one is also traveling with u. Bus travel is not advisable as it can give u so many bumpy path and uncomfort. If u r travelling by air then make sure to get written approval from doctor as some airlines do ask for it. All the best
