Answer: Hllo dear u r13 weeks pregnant dear there r so many physical nd hormonal changes comes in body during pregnancy thats why mild headache is normal nothing to worry abht .take rest ,take healthy diet ,take ginger tea, massage wit mustard oil on ur head .if u don't feel relief first consult to ur gyno nd take this paracetamol.as all paracetamol r not safe during pregnancy. So first consult then take
