So u need to have more of fibre rich food so dat ur bowel movement will be good as well have atleast 10 to 12 glasses of water. Do also get involve in regular exercised as it will help u to get the pressure. Have ginger tea as it will gives a good digestion to u.

Answer: Dear these cold drinks should be avoided as much asssible. I do not take these without pregnancy also as they are very unhealthy so please completely avoid them during pregnancy and if you want to have it then have it very rarely and as little as possible. Hope it helps.

Answer: No dear..avoid completely. .packaged drinks not advisable in pregancy. . Wtever u r consuming ur baby also take up the nutrients good and bad through placenta. . So instead have homemade fresh juice milk shake
