Question: can i eat non veg like eggs, chicken or mutton. is koi harm to nhi hoga baby ko. pls suggest

Answer: Hello dear off course you can eat eggs but eat only well cooked egg. Never consume raw and half boiled eggs. Eggs are rich in calories and omega 3 fatty acid which develop baby's growth and brain. Eggs are also rich in proteins which are essential during pregnancy. Pregnant women are advisable only 2 eggs in 3 days. Take care to ensure that the chicken is fresh or cooked well before eating to avoid diseases caused by the bacteria. Do not eat cold pre- cooked chicken. And dont eat too much. Mutton also should be fresh but eat in moderation amount.
Answer: No.. but in limit bcz ab summer start hogya h.. u can eat fish too.. eating nonveg is good in pregnancy..
