Answer: Hello! You can watch dry fruits but don't have much off kismis. Kaju as such doesn't have muchness nutritional value, will only increase your weight. Try to have almonds, walnuts and pistachios. These are really helpful... Take care

Answer: Hi Dear! Since nuts are allergen its better to introduce one by one at a time and once we finish with all the nuts then we can mix all n give. This is what I hv done as guided by my Paed I have started with cashews and gradually introduced walnuts, pistachios, almond etc. dry roast them and grind it to powder. You can make laddoos, you can mix in porridge, you can mix in milk but dont offer the nuts powder more than 1 spoon if you give daily.. Hope this helps!
