Answer: Hai dear It is not suggestible to hv seafood while pregnancy u should not take the any fish bcz it has some high Mercury levels and it z not good for a baby and in dried fish it z hvng more salt content and it is not good for both it can cause babies brain damage and baby will loss hearing and for vision better it z avoid during pregnancy
Answer: Hi.. Dear you can eat low mercury fish.. It is rich in omega 3, however, before having it, please speak from your gynaecologist as well..

Shark, swordfish and marlin contain much higher levels of mercury, so you shouldn't eat these fish at all while you're pregnant. Instead, you can eat as much as you want of any of the following salmon, tilapia, shrimp, tuna (canned-light), cod, and catfish.  You can also confirm this with your doctor before consuming. Answer: Hi dear I will not advise u for the same as during pregnancy it is advisable to have all non veg food as fresh . Fresh non veg has less chance of having any infection. So prefer fresh low mercury contsining fish.
