Answer: Hii yes u can eat egg ,chicken , meat. In fish u need to take precaution. Mercury consumed during pregnancy has been linked to developmental delays and brain damage. Canned, chunk light tuna generally has a lower amount of mercury than other tuna, but still should only be eaten in moderation. Non veg is a very good source of required protein and vitamin. Make sure to take fresh chicken and mutton. In the case of egg take properly cooked egg .
