Question: Can i drink chilled water if am breastfeeding...does it affect my baby

However your immunity still isn't very strong so take precautionary measures to safe guard yourself from common infections. Having infection will require you to take antibiotics which can disturb baby's tummy.
Answer: No I won't effect the baby. But too much chill water may not be good for your own heath. You Amy catch cold or cough which may indirectly effect the baby.
