Answer: Well no need of high intensity workouts ..I started to brisk walk daily for 20-30 minutes..this was more than enough for me..as I was also doing usual household chores..but avoid strenuous work..my friends have joined pre natal yoga classes too..that is also good..always do such yoga under supervision by professional..staying g fir is important,but avoid jumping or lifting heavy weights and all..mild free hand exercises and streches are safe..
