Answer: Hi dear, Most of the dairy products are rich in calcium .take milk,curd,paneer,cheeze,other milk products.tofu is also rich in calcium.taking green leafy vegetables regularly especially kale leaves are quite calcium rich.
Answer: Hi dear u can have oats milk products soya products egg chicken dry fruits citrus fruits which contains calcium . U should include all these in jr regualr diet. To keep ur claicum level proper.
