Answer: Hi dear since you are in the second trimester of your pregnancy and you have mentioned that your BP is low and you are still vomiting it is common for a few pregnant woman to be vomiting and feel nauseated and lightheaded given in the second half of pregnancy in fact I have faced it to some extent in the first phase of second trimester but eventually it went away so in your case also I can say that it will take some time but then you will definitely feel relieved after sometime, and also attimes home remedies do not work for vomiting in that case there is no point in suffering just report this to your doctor and have safe medicines for pregnancy to prevent this vomiting unfollow BP you can add a little more salt in your food, take rest, avoid standing for long time, Sleep well it will help you to increase the blood pressure.. Hope this helps!

Question: 21 weeks h nd bp bhot low hogya hai 100/60 any problem?
Answer: Generally, you won’t require treatment for low blood pressure during pregnancy. Doctors typically don’t recommend medications for pregnant women unless symptoms are serious or complications are likely. Your blood pressure will probably start to rise on its own during your third trimester. If you do experience symptoms of low blood pressure, such as dizziness, you might want to try the following: • avoid getting up quickly from seated or lying positions • try not to stand for long periods of time • eat small meals throughout the day • don’t take very hot baths or showers • drink more water • wear loose clothing It’s also a good idea to eat a healthy diet and take your prenatal supplements during your pregnancy to prevent symptoms of low blood pressure.
