Answer: Dear 12 months baby's weight should be 7 to 11 kg. so if baby's weight is less than this then you should to add bananas, sweet potatoes and potatoes to your baby's diet. Apart from this try to feed full cream milk to your little one. In case your little one is choosy about food do not worry in case of milk you can give full cream by making custard. It helps in putting on weight and strengthens the body from within.Apart this fruits like bananas, chikoos and papayas when mashed properly cam be introduced to the baby. You may also go for experimenting with milk like make suji milk. All you have to do is just add a tablespoon of suji that's roasted in a tablespoon of ghee in a bowl of milk. Bring it to a boil. Once the boil comes and milk starts getting cerelac like consistency then turn off the flame and add sugar as per taste. Serve warm. In case you want you may add roohafza or rose syrup to give a twist in the flavour.
