15 months old baby

Question: Baby has red spots after fever. It is winter now. So kindly tell me can I use cream ,oil for baby. Can I give my baby bath. Why is this red spots for?

Answer: Kindly contact to doctor.My baby was also having red spot all over her body but it was not after fever.and i have used urea,lactic acid,propylene glycol and light liquid paraffin cream moisturex as recommended by my doctor.Hope it will be helpful for you too.
