, Papaya puree, avocado puree. as fruits r rich wit natural vitamins nd minerals.After introducing fruits, you can give rice cereal , apple rice or rice cereal with boiled carrot ,ragi porridge Or apple ragi or oats porridge Or apple oats wit milk ,moong dal soup etc.. make sure the consistency should be runnning as in this stages chocking might happen. u can also try diluted kichri , mashed curd rice ,diluted daliya sweet with milk ,apple suji kheer,sooji wit milk makhana kheer rice kheer . make sure the milk you use should be pre bolied nicely and should be pasteurised.
