Answer: Start with variety of soups. Tomato lauki, drumstick Make sambhar none spicy none tadka. Tomato spinach Dal soup-- mong dal or tour dal Dal Pani urad dal and rice water with one tbs ghee pure cow ghee. Give bm at least 4-5 times as N when baby wants But maintain a gap of 1:30 hr between meal and bm Heavy meal such as at miss afternoon and breakfast and evening should have a gap of 2 hrs at least . Answer: Hi.. Dear milk remains the prior part of your baby's diet other than that you need to experiment with your baby's favourite choices.. Make new dishes and see which your toddler likes.. You can make different porridges (vegetable khichdi, lentils and rice, only veggies), make different soups, give mashed potatoes, you can also give suji dishes (DO NOT ADD SUGAR OR SALT IF YOUR BABY IS YOUNGER THAN AN YEAR).. Also, try to include wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds in your child 's meal.. It helps in building appetite.. You can divide these dishes as per as your convenience in the form of three regular meals.. Start with small bowls, then gradually you can increase the quantity..

Answer: Hello dear, Its better to start with veggies/fruit purees  at a time, first start with veggies like squash,sweet potato.... and maybe later peas, carrots. Fruits u can try banana, apple,plums, peaches, pears....You can also mix these veggie/fruit purees with rice cereal.  Rice is gluten free and easier to digest than wheat....Grains/Cereals/Pulses: Oats, Barley, Rice, Semolina (Rava/Sooji), Split yellow gram (moong dal), whole green gram. Wheat can be introduced during the last week of 6th month. Don't giveNon-Vegetarian foods till1 year.  Avoid giving cow’s milk as the main drink till your little one is 1 year old. Stick to breast milk or formula till then. Avoid sugar and salt from a 6 month old baby’s diet....Keep in mind that breast milk or formula should be the major part of a six-month-old baby’s diet. So breastfeed or bottle-feed first and then give him solid food. Solid 2 times, 3 to 4 spoon is enough at a time. Rest of time give breastmilk or formula milk.
