Few of the foods to eat when you are pregnant are :
Broccoli and dark, leafy greens.

Consume whole grains like whole wheat chapatti, brown rice, oats, whole meal bread etc. Include at least 2 to 3 servings of protein rich foods like milk and milk products, egg, pulses, dal, chicken, fish etc.
Answer: U can eat all for but the quality to be less. Eat in every 2 hrs gap anything fruits or snacks or juice or salads or lunch dinner anything but in the right quantity and quality is more important.
Question:Currently i am 28 weeks pregnant. As for my doc development is 30 weeks. Does it ll hv any negative impact on baby
No..... if you are measuring 2 weeks ahead your due date will be sooner then you were originally expecting. If the baby was measuring less than two weeks your due date would stay the same, but once the baby is two weeks ahead in growth they have to change your due date to a sooner one. My
