Question: Placenta posterior 2.5 cm above the os.will it be ok at the time of delivery? Is it ok for a normal delivery?
Answer: Hello!! It is a low lying placenta. This is a complication during pregnancy where the placenta moves down blocking the path of the baby to move. It will get better by the time of delivery or not is difficult to say but if the placenta remains in the same position, you will have to go for a C-section. Also currently it is better that you be in complete Bed rest and avoid too much of activity.
Question: I am 72 kg now ..29 weeks pregnent...i was 63 kg in the begining..is it normal??am i overweight??my sugar level and others are normal

Include more fruits , vegetables, whole grains,oats,egg,lean chicken
Include healthy snack option like dryfruits,nuts, makhana
Avoid oily,fried ,packed stuff
Avoid refined sugar,pastries too
Drink plenty of water,include more water rich veggies and fruits
During pregnancy, A good diet with mild exercise will give you a healthy baby, you can start with walking, can do for half to one hour is essential,walking is the best exercise to do in pregnancy, do it regularly for better results,can also do pelvic exercises,kegal, squats but after consulting doctor,they will give you stamina and also leads to vaginal birth,you can try maternity yoga too,they are very powerful in reducing pregnancy related issues and they too helps in vaginal birth
