Question: Are kegel exercises good from 17th week... My doc isnt prescribing any...

Answer: Hi dear yes kengel exercise is very good during pregnancy to make ur pelvic bone strong as well make u prepared for laBour pain but remember if ur doctor is not allowing u to do then strictly avoid doing it. As sometimes some doctor don't allow. Some women body is not strong enough to do exercise at this point of time. Streching and exercise can even led to miscarriage if ur pregnancy is not Normal.
