Answer: Your changing hormones are the culprit. During pregnancy hormones cause mood swings. Often you ll find yourself extremely irritated; angry, vulnerable, sad, happy , crying without any particular reason. slightest thing or words oe actions can trigger your mood. Mood changes during pregnancy can be caused by physical stresses, fatigue, changes in your metabolism, or by the hormones estrogen and progesterone.Though its hard to control but you can definitely try ways to work your way around it. First , always keep yourself occupied. This helps in not letting your mind wander. You can fully concentrate in your present. Second, Get ample of rest and sleep.Often overtired body and mind can make you anxious and overwhelmed. Third, practice light exercises it's best remedy to keep your mind at peace. Fourth, Eat healthy and stay hydrated. A well fed and rested body responds much better than hungry and tired one.
Answer: Dear mommy, every body has this stage, as we are dealing wit toddlers, gems or can say monster gems,;) so firstly relax, The most important thing to remember about anger is NOT to act while you're angry. You'll feel an urgent need to act, to teach your child a lesson. But that's your anger talking.   If you really need to scream, go into your car with the windows rolled up and scream where no one can hear, and don't use words, because those make you angrier. Just scream. Take meditation daily just 5 mintz Go for outing, or a walk daily 1/2 hr Play wit ur kid, sum running sum jumping, let ur energy be wasted, u Ll release ur stress Listen soft music Close ur self in bathroom have a steam bath Try these may b these all can help u out
Answer: up ko temple jana chaiye aur Thora ghum na phir na chaiye is say up ko ache lage
