Answer: Is it for you?Well for an year please dnt think about such things dear..trust me,you would sh d off all your weight of followers a good diet..if it are breastfeeding then please wait till you quit it..once your baby is 18 months you may join gym and start working out..meanwhile keep yourslef healthy and strong with good home cooked food..avoid eatibg out and restrict sugar consumption ..drink plenty of water...

In order to make your baby eat make up stories, engage your child in conversation, make animal sounds.. Try to make feeding sessions interesting for your child.. Make sure you don't give the baby junk food just because that is all he/she wants. Offer healthy foods, and a hungry baby will eventually eat it.. You can boil and mash these fruits properly before giving to your baby.Apart from this try to feed different porridge like Rice, Ragi, Moong or Roasted gram. You can give  Khichdi,  massed paneer , custard and yogurt. These are healthy and nutritious and help in putting on weight and strengthening the body from within.
