Question: Any specific diet after normal delivery?
Answer: Don't eat spicy and oily food. Don't use masala in your meal as it can make your milk bitter so baby won't suck your breast. Try to cook using sunflower oil. Try to use salt only and a bit of black pepper if you want to give some flavour. If you can eat non veg eat boiled meat/chicken along with bullion. Eat boiled eggs. From fruits don't eat citrus as it can cause allergy for baby. Don't eat chocolate and honey by the same reason. Try to have steam vegetables instead of fried otherwise use less oil for frying.
