Answer: You should consult ur dr.immediately. she will give u medicines for loose motions because it can be dangerous. Don't eat outside food or any spicy food. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.

Answer: Helo, so dear firstly drink lots and lots of fluid and stay hydrated all the time. Avoid spicy, fried, high-fat, high-fibre foods, dairy and milk products. Add bananas, rice, and toast in your diet because this will provide nutrients to you and give energy also. Drink ginger water for this, you just need to boil some ginger and tea in water and allow it to stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and then consume with sugar or honey. You can also drink three to four tablespoons of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink lemon water that will also help you to set your bowl movement.. But please dont forget to drink lots of fluid throughout the day..
