Question: am 26 th week pregnant completed 6 months of about 41 kg.please suggest me daily routine to gain weight.my scanning report is absolutely good no problem in baby growth and development..

Answer: Dear if your weight is increasing then you should not worry. You should eat all fatty food. Milk and all other product which good for you and your baby. Take protien which is suggested by doctor

Answer: Hi dear please don't get scared it is a normal in many pregnancies to not find fetal pole and usually doctor asks to wait for sometime so that the ultrasound scan can pick up fetal pole and heart beat etc. so please do wait and listen to what your doctor instructs.. Hope this helps!

Answer: Hi! This condition is a sign of an IUGR baby, only a repeat USG at 32 weeks will help to establish the issue, its not major but baby's birth weight will be low. IUGR has no treatment individually but one more test will reveal the modality. She needs to take ample rest and sleep is important, blood thinners might be prescribed to her. Good luck!
