Question: Am 18weeks pregnant now. I m suffering from sleepless. only 6-7 hours sleeping in 24hrs. Kindly advise

Take lots of soft pillow which give you comfortable. Keep your room temperature in normal mode. Read good books before sleep. Drink lukewarm milk before 2 hours of sleep. Avoid your stress.
