I had sooo much of vomiting during that time and even now if something is not accepted by my stomach , I vomit. So one thing we can do is, observe what food is not causing you vomit and try to consume those during first trimester. Even if you vomit, you have to consume food, as u need energy and nutrition for baby. Don't be on empty stomach for long hours, which causes that yellow substance and it triggers vomit later.
