Question: Am having acidity since 3 days, and having pain in stomach and back. What should I do?

Answer: Hi dear, As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. Remedies: 1 have smaller meals more frequently rather than three big meals in a day. 2 Waiting three hours after a meal before lying down.  3 Avoiding fatty and spicy foods, tea, coffee, chocolate and citrus juices. 4 Raising the head of the bed so that your shoulders are higher than your tummy. You can roll a towel and place it under your mattress or simply use several pillows to prop yourself up when you lie down.  5 You can also try the following foods or drinks to see if they help although there is not much scientific evidence of their effectiveness: Milk or curd (dahi). Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk is thought to work better than full-fat milk.  Bananas (kela).  Peppermint tea. One study showed that it helped pregnant women. However, peppermint tea, like other herbal teas, should be drunk in moderation during pregnancy.
Answer: Dear I can understand your concern.. do not worry.. These pains are normal in pregnancy. Happen because of stretching of utreus which creates pressure on nerves and muscles.  As baby grows utreus stretches more. Use hot water bag Massage body with warm mustard oil everyday.  It helps in relaxing muscles. Avoid lifting heavy weight Avoid sitting in one position for too long Avoid standing for too long Walking for at least 20 min everyday will relax muscles  Use support of pillows while sitting or sleeping Acidity is also common in pregnancy. Happens because of increase of progestrone in body which makes digestion slow. Take proper rest Eat 5 to 6 meals at short intervals Avoid oily and spicy food Take lots of fluids Take at least 10 to 12glasses water 3 to 4 glasses nimbu pani 3 to 4 glasses nariyal pani 3 glasses mausambi juice 2 glasses chaach Take half spoon ajwain with water . It will control vomit . Take more of fruits and vegetables. These will be helpful

Answer: Eat Healthy food mostly. No junk, no extra dripping oil, such as deep fried or spicy, pickles and citrus fruits all these can cause acidity and bloating. Answer: It's normal in pregnancy.....take calcium tablet....for itching apply olive oil or coconut oil....
