Answer: You should avoid fish containing mercury,smoked seafood,raw shellfish,raw and undercooked eggs,raw meat and poultry,unpasteurized milk,soft cheese,unwashed fruits and vegetables raw sprouts,foods that cause allergy(Soy, wheat, cow’s milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, more), fish, and shellfish should only be consumed if you are not allergic to them).excess caffeine,sugar rich foods,fatty foods,papaya and pineapple during pregnancy

Answer: You can have Pomegranate, apple ,orange ,banana (Don't eat banana much after 7th month which may cause overweight to your baby) Try to avoid pineapple, pappaya Grapes are good to increase HB level.please dip in salt water at least for an hoyr before use. But don't have it much because the pesticides in it.
