Answer: Congratulations for your pregnancy.. I hope you are doing well.. from the beginning till end your diet should be rich in protein and less in carbohydrate for healthy growth of your child. Milk and other dairy products, beans , lentils, dry fruits , non veg , different types of vegetables, citrus fruits and seasonal fruits you can include in your daily diet. Avoid junk food fried food tea coffee oil and spicy food and sweets as far as possible. All the best.
