27 weeks pregnant mother

am 26 th week pregnant completed 6 months of about 41 kg.please suggest me daily routine to gain weight.my scanning report is absolutely good no problem in baby growth and development..

Dear if your weight is increasing then you should not worry. You should eat all fatty food. Milk and all other product which good for you and your baby. Take protien which is suggested by doctor
