Answer: That is normally seen as a pregnancy symptom too. if the discharge happens with pain in breast I will advise you to see your gynaecologist know if the hormones are balanced and your milk ducts are not dilated before time. sometimes an increase in prolactin and use of certain drugs can affect the nipple discharge. most commonly due to squeezing as well as stimulating the breast discharge happens. can be from one or both breast check if your breast are normal in size if you see one slightly smaller and one slightly bigger or if you can feel a lump at the base of your breast or a lump near your nipple area then you should see a gynaecologist tomorrow. if the nipple discharge is just happening at the same time when you previously used to have had the menstrual flow then it is important that your doctor must check your blood levels your doctor might order you a blood test to measure prolactin and TSH. Take care.
