Answer: Hello dear Nausea is common during pregnancy. It can occur at any time, day or night. Although unpleasant, it is considered a normal part of a healthy pregnancy.Try to drink plenty of water but have it in sips. Take small meals 6-7 times. Have something immediately once you get up even before leaving bed . Also you can prepare lemon and ginger water, which can be taken in sips through out the day.
Question: Any remedy for frequent vomiting during First trimester? Please help me out
Answer: It is most common symptoms during pregnancy. You can do the following remedies to stop vomiting. Eat dried prunes, smell lemon, smell Vicks vapour rub, walk in fresh air. If u r still unable to cope up, pls contact ur doc as they ll prescribe you tablet like emeset to stop vomiting which is a safe pregnancy medicine.
Question: I craved for spicy food for whole first trimester but as soon as my fourth month started from very first day of fourth month i started craving for more sweets comparitively.What does that mean? Us everything ok with me?
