Answer: Dear mom to be first of congratulations for your good news, now you have to be very careful take proper food, and rest. morning sickness is very common in first trimester so don't worry stay relax and drink plenty of water. Do less work and travel at this time.
Answer: Congrats dear, Don't lift heavy things, Don't walk or stand for a long time take fruits and vegetables along with dry nuts. And also have milk @ night.
