Question: I am not feeling any more morning sickness.and all are Telling i should sleep left side Position butI can't right side is comfortable for me
Answer: Hello dear It is normal if suddenly ur vomit stops and u are not feeling any nausea. It is common with all the pregnant ladies to be nausiatic. During pregnancy, many women experience the bouts of nausea and vomiting known as morning sickness. Despite its name, morning sickness can occur at any time, day or night. Although unpleasant, morning sickness is considered a normal part of a healthy pregnancy. But if it stops suddenly then also it is normal. The best sleep position is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine.
