Answer: The best way to increase your odds of getting pregnant quickly is to make sure that you are having sex at the right time in your cycle. If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation.

Answer: Hi Dear! If your periods r 10 days late that means its not regular and you dont even ovulate on time and its going to be hard to find out when you ovulate hence i wud suggest first undergo medication to regularize your periods and then start planning to conceive as it wud make it easier.. usually you are at your fertile best when you intercourse within day or two when you ovulate. The ovulation happens about 14-16 days after the first day of your last period, If your cycle is 28 days long which is the most common cycle.. Good luck!
