Answer: Avoid papaya, pineapple, chicken or mutton liver.. also if possible avoid sesame seeds

Answer: Hi Dear! In pregnancy according to me should nt be any diet particlarly you should hv everything in moderate qty to get the nutrition fr yourself and pass to baby..
