Question: I have pain in below lower abdomen during bend and turning sleeping position , and also am having placenta covering os posteriorly its any danger
Answer: Hello! Bending should be completely avoided during entire pregnancy. If you need to pick something from the floor then use squats position, in this you need to bend your knees and lower your body. As for pain during changing positions, it is absolutely normal and nothing to worry. Also placenta covering the os is a complication during pregnancy and you need to take special care. It is better to be on complete bed rest and avoid much of activities.. This condition is known as placenta previa and this can cause preterm labor or bleeding also if proper care is not taken. Hence, do not take much of stress and be on complete rest. Take care
