Question: I have sleepless nights at this time.Feeling insomnia.Is this common? What should I do to get a deep sleep?
Dear in pregnancy,due to harmonal changes, bulging uterus,you may not get enough sleep,try these steps,hope it helps you..
Drink warm milk,before bed,it will promote you a good sleep
Take bath with warm water,before bed,so that you will have an peaceful sleep
After dinner,make a habit of walking 15 min, regularly
During bed time,listen to good music,or read good books,it will make your mind relaxed and promotes good sleep

Answer: It's because you are in fear as your pregnancy is nearing... Please try to sleep because after delivery you will not be able to sleep properly.. Take as much as rest now... If you are restless your baby will feel the same... Try to listen to slow melody songs which makes you sleep and divert your mind...you should take enough rest now.... Don't strain yourself as it will affect you.. Make yourself comfortable and sleep...
