Answer: Hi! You can walk in to any Pathology center ans ask for ir they will handover a form you just need to tick. Tsh for thyroid, for hemoglobin do a full blood checkup, for sugar do fasting, hba1c and 2 hr pp( 2 hrs after having beakfast). Now for calc and vit d , though i haven't done, i guess getting bone density tested is better choice. Some of my friends also do a vitamin profile. Check for lipid profile as well to know how is ur cholesterol levels should be Okay and Full abdomen USG. Hope this helps!
