I never had any issue during 426 month even I didn't feel that I was pregnant. only baby kicks visible to me other than that there I was not having any problem dear.

Answer: Hello! If you have not yet delivered then please go for brisk walk. Also make sure that you have plenty of water to keep self hydrated. You can try using Indian toilet at this stage too.
