Answer: Hi dear... you should avoid chocolate, coffee which have caffeine content during breastfeeding. You should avoid Citrus fruits such as grapefruit, lemons. One or two fruits are absolutely fine. you can eat papaya, mangoes, banana, sapota which are determinental for breastfeeding mother . You should avoid alcohol, peanuts, spicy food, garlic, corn, eggs, wheat and high mercury fish.
