Yes,you can start now,A good diet with mild exercise give you a healthy baby, you can start with walking, can do for half to one hour is essential,walking is the best exercise to do in pregnancy, do it regularly for better results,can also do pelvic exercises,kegal, squats but after consulting doctor,they will give you stamina and also leads to vaginal birth,you can try maternity yoga too,they are very powerful in reducing pregnancy related issues and they too helps in vaginal birth

Question: My baby 4th month running she is not going for motion from past 5 days. What should I do. Im doing stomach exercises and everything but no result
Answer: Dear if ur baby is not complaining of constipation then there is nothing to be worried. Breastfed babies often take longer to poop. My daughter used to poop after every 4-5 days so relax if your baby is active there is nothing to get worried at all. Hope it helps.

Answer: Hi take lots of veggies, fruits except papaya n blue berry, lots of sprouts, soups r gud for health n avoid bakery items n processed n fried food n eat in small portions but more than 5-6 times a day.
