Question: Hello.. We are planning for baby. But we would not conceive.. I did all test n everything is normal now wht to do
Answer: Hello dear. The best way to increase your odds of getting pregnant quickly is to make sure that you are having sex at the right time in your cycle. If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation. So if ur period starts 1st July then ur ovulation days would start on 14th July and u should have sex between 8th July and 14th July to getbthe best results. Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. Hope it helps.

Question: Hi I am trying conceive from past 5 months reports are all fine I am also visiting doctor regularly and I am ovlating every month and my periods are also on time but y I am still not conceived
Answer: Hi, please don't worry. It happens. What is important is to know when you are ovulating. It generally happens on the 14th day of the periods. Suppose if the period starts on 02nd June, then you will probably ovulate on 15th. So try to have sex from 10th to 17th to increase the chances of conceiving .hope this helps.
