Answer: Backpain is common after a Csec.. Prepare ur food with sesame oil which gives strength to your back bone.. Use raagi in ur diet.. Take calcium suppliments regularly.. eat egg whites.. u can use volini spray , oil massage and hot water bath helps reliving the pain
