Answer: hello dear, you didn't mention what is your present fetal weight. in 33 weeks of pregnancy fetal weight should ranges in between 1900 to 2000 grams. if your baby's weight is less than 1900 grams is ok. You take proper rest, eat healthy foods. your food should be rich in protein. Half of the plate should fill with protein and rest half of the plate should fill with carbohydrates and good fats. lentils, legumes, egg,Fish, chicken are very good source of protein. For fat you can take different dairy products ghee, butter, cheese, paneer ,yoghurt. if you are not allocated to nuts you can eat a handful of nuts everyday. of course eat lots of green vegetables and fruits.
