Answer: Hi U should sleep on sides. Specially from ur second trimester. It's ok as while sleeping u comes to starting position but as soon as u feel so do change the position to sides. First trimester u can consider is as ur practice period for ur sleeping position.u should sleep on left side preferably as it will provide a proper neutrients to ur baby and u will have a proper blood flow. U can breath well also . If u get sleeping in one side then u can sleep on right side but avoid sleeping straight. All the best.

Answer: Hello, Normal range of amniotic fluid level is 8 - 18. Your level is too low, if AFI is below 5 - 6 then that condition called as oligohydraminos. As you already near to your delivery you definetly beed to increase your level of AFI. In Home, Try to drink water as much as possibl, drink tender coconut daily, eat iron rich food and water rich fruits. If you consult your doctor they might give you a powder to mix in the water you drink which help to increase the AFI level. Hope it helps
Question: Many said that you should wake up and sit on bed to turn from one side to another while sleeping. But while deep sleep im not consious to do so. Let me knw whether it affects my baby or not.

I can understand your anxiety. It's perfectly OK if you turn from one side to another. Getting up is not needed. Just avoid sleeping on back as baby doesn't not get much nutrition that way. Don't worry. Take care
