Have plenty of vegetables, specially the green one,fruits,dry fruits, milk 2 glasses a day. Include milk products like curd and paneer, 2 bowls of dal, chapatis and rice. Since it is on higher side.. Have medicine as prescribed by your gynaecologist without a miss.. Avoid eating cabbage, kale and broccoli completely.. Do some breathing exercises..
