Is there any episode of bleeding please consult your doctor immediately
And repeat the scan after 37 to see the status of placenta
If at 37 weeks alsobPlacenta is low lying then your doctor will ask you for C section to prevent excessive bleeding after delivery.

Answer: V can't do anything to make the placenta go up.. just take rest follow instructions what your doc say.. don't lift any weights or bend.. mostly placenta will move up as the uterus expands in 5-8 months..
