Question: My husband and I am planning for pregnancy...but suddenly I become very scared about it just like suffocation..sleeplessness..eating disorder and also too much panic..Im really in trouble...what can I do now? Can I get rid of this situation??

Answer: Hi dear.. you can go for simple 30min walk each day.. squats, butterfly exercise, kegal, breathing exercises also very helpful in pregnancy..drink more water.. try to use steps instead of elevator
